My organization is a library at an academic institution.  Students have a need to acquire information literacy skills.  These skills will enhance their ability their learning.  Most computers have Microsoft Office.  My purchase plan will focus on the needs of the library user.  Purchasing decisions were made based on the website.   The website can be found at: https://www.neweggbusiness.com.

I do not own a personal computer.  I use the computers in the lab.  Each computer is equipped with Microsoft Office.  Other software include IBM SPSS 24, Minitab 18, and SAS 9.4.  A purchasing plan is essential.  The new computer can better assist the students in achieving their academic goals.  It is designed to meet the needs of the students.  It is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
